About the Company and Opportunity:

CFS is working with one of our favorite clients to identify an Accounts Payable specialist to join their close-knit team!

Overview of the Accounts Payable role:

Enter data from 100-200 invoices weekly into ERP system
Code invoices in General Ledger, enter vendor and amounts
Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and gather missing information

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable role:

Minimum three years of high-volume accounts payable experience
Basic excel skills; must be familiar with an ERP system
Positive attitude, team player
Excellent accuracy with data entry, attention to detail
Ability to multi task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

This role is fully onsite 5 days/week in Elkhart, Indiana.

The salary range is between $40,680.00 and $45,680.00 depending on experience.
