Overview of the Sr. Accountant Position:
- Entering invoices into the MIP module
- Coordinate payroll and ensure data transfers accurately
- Record cash receipts for payments received
- Monitor purchase card accounts, verify invoices, and enter to Abila MIP Fund Accounting System
- Prepare quarterly tax filings and annual filings with state and local governments
Preferred Qualifications and Experience for the Accounts Receivable role:
- Must be proficient with MIP accounting software
- B.S. Accounting Degree
- 3+ Years dedicated non-profit accounting experience
Compensation is competitive at $70,000 - $80,000
