Position: Application Program Manager (SAP Warehouse Management) Duration: 12 months – contract Location: Baton Rouge, LA (Hybrid – 50/50) 50% of hours a month will be onsite and other 50% will be remote JOB DESCRIPTION SKILLS NEEDED : Program management, SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Warehouse Management (WM) The Application Program Manager (SAP Warehouse Management) will provide support for SAP Materials Management and SAP Warehouse Management, ensuring alignment with operational strategies and effective project execution. This position is hybrid, and a long-term contract. What You’ll Do Provide support for SAP Materials Management and SAP Warehouse Management Develop an understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results Ensure goals and objectives align with the operational strategies Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes Work in needed areas to provide application support for the agency’s workload demands Required: Ability to develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines and budgets Strong communication skills to effectively convey project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve program and project goals In-depth knowledge of program management processes and standards, with a commitment to ongoing evaluation and improvement Experience providing day-to-day support and making informed decisions to drive results in alignment with operational strategies Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure program and project goals are met Ability to adapt to changing requirements and provide innovative solutions to meet business needs. Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas: ○ SAP Materials Management (MM) ○ SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Desired: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) SAP Mobile
