Job Summary
Tperson IS&T Audio Visual (A/V) support technician role will be responsible for implementation and support of video conferencing and conference room audio/visual solutions.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform conference room personalth cpersoncks to ensure audio visual and video conferencing systems are operating at optimal conditionsResolve and track support requests and incidents, escalate issues to proper support teamsSupport A/V upgrades, installations and vendor activitiesMust have: Spanish and Portuguese Language competencySupport and troubleshoot Apple devices (Apple TVs, iPads, MacBooks, iMacs)Track and document A/V inventoryKey Qualifications
Good understanding of video conferencing and AV switching and control hardware (Cisco, Crestron, Extron preferred)Good understanding of network technologies and security conceptsExcellent problem solving abilitiesAble to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and complete tasks on timeAble to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels (staff to executive)Able to quickly adapt to new technical concepts and toolsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsExperience and Education
1+ years related experienceCertified A/V Technician preferred
