Audio Video Engineer / AV Technician
Seattle, WA (Day one on site) - work from office 3 days a week
Consistent experience in White Glove Support for senior executives.
Managing multiple devices and conference rooms,
Extensive experience in troubleshooting.
Crestron certification is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
o Support our internal design engineers on a project by project basis
o Design and oversee audio visual system throughout the project lifecycle.
o Responsible for creating and maintaining wiring diagrams, schematics, and elevations.
o Collaborate with external vendors to ensure the correct hardware is sourced and maintained.
o Identify trends in support operations to proactively prevent problems and develop processes to resolve.
o Take corrective actions to solve problems in a timely manner with minimum impact to the user.
o Support and troubleshoot Apple devices (Apple TVs, iPads, MacBooks, iMacs)
o Able to thrive in an dynamic environment and be adaptable to change in work and priorities .
Key Qualifications
o 5+ Years in enterprise/corporate/commercial audio visual system design
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Excellent teamwork skills.
o Familiarity with macOS, Linux, Pages, Numbers, Excel, etc..
o Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and modeling is strongly preferred
o Strong Experience with major industry manufacturers including Extron, Crestron, Cisco, etc.
o Ability to independently troubleshoot and root cause AV systems issues.
o Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks/projects
o Strong aptitude for logical and strategic thinking.
o High attention to detail
o Knowledge and experience in IT network communications.
o Great interpersonal skills. Able to interface with colleagues and customers
o Must be highly energetic, well organized and responsible.
o Must be able to track projects in detail with a focus on accurate deliverability dates
