Manage the Platform Engineering AWS environments using modern config-based tools such as Terraform and Ansible.Build and maintain Kubernetes-based solutions for Application Engineering needs within the AWS Cloud.Experience with Kubernetes networking/routing.Experience with Kubernetes and EKS add-onsExperience with containerization technologies and running containerized workloadsSupport Application partners as they look to use our platform and services.Develop and maintain pipeline and automation using Terraform, Ansible, Bash, and Python.Create and participate in POCs for various Platform Engineering initiatives.Architect k8s cloud solutions with a customer focus to support with the Engineering initiativesParticipate in GitOps, code reviews, PRs, etc..Build monitors and alerts to keep uptime high, and incidents low (Splunk, Datadog)Develop technical documentation (i.e. Detailed System Design documents, LucidCharts, Visio, etc.)Collaborate with other departments to ensure business Engineering infrastructure needs are metPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and document learning lessons at a detailed levelTake part in an on-call rotation to respond and triage production issues.Education
