Job Description

Job Summary

Central information technology organization, providing the network infrastructure, hardware, software and enterprise services for offices to run their business. Provides network and database administration, device management, and administers processes, services and technical support for hardware and software for both the organization's internal and external clients.

Job Responsibilities

Provides a high level of customer service and timely technical support for end-user computer and networking issues to ensure end-user productivityResponsible for the installation, configuration and ongoing functionality of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and softwareTroubleshoots and responds to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing equipment or software problems and performs restorative and maintenance actions either remotely or at end-user location to resolve end-user problemsTypically resolves issues referred by help desk supportFollows standard procedures and guidelinesUnderstands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teamsImpacts own team through the quality of the support providedRecognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established optionsCommunicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own teamWorks under general supervision with limited ability to modify approachIndividual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workloadPerforms all other duties as assigned by managementEducation

High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferredExperience

Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience

Pay Range & Benefits

$52,028.62 - $71,786.33 AnnuallyThe base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
