Description:Provides a high level of customer service and timely technical support for end-user computer and networking issues to ensure end-user productivityResponsible for the installation, configuration and ongoing functionality of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and softwareTroubleshoots and responds to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing equipment or software problems and performs restorative and maintenance actions either remotely or at end-user location to resolve end-user problemsTypically resolves issues referred by help desk supportFollows standard procedures and guidelinesUnderstands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teamsImpacts own team through the quality of the support providedRecognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established optionsCommunicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own teamWorks under general supervision with limited ability to modify approachIndividual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workloadPerforms all other duties as assigned by management

Skills/Experience:2+ Years in Desktop and remote support.Office 365 SupportTicketing SystemsService NOW

Required Skills:Advanced knowledge and support forWindows 10/11Office 365Printers (Networked)Networking Fundamentals
