Certification Details AHA or ARC Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, EFM Tech certifications verification (e.g., CST, NBSTA, CT, ARRT, ARDMS) Proof of state license (as applicable) Job Details 2 yrs Cath Lab exp. with travel or 3 yrs Cath Lab exp. with no travel req. Neuro Cath Exp. Preferred. Large Hospital Compact or TN License at time of submittal. Must live at least 100 miles from facility Job Requirements 2 yrs Cath Lab exp. 3 yrs Cath Lab exp. with no travel req. Neuro Cath Exp. Preferred Additional Details Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file. Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client. Photocopies may be requested for proof of attestation (e.g., Driver's License, State ID, Social Security Card) Qualivis: Nursys verification required as applicable (required for all RNs)
