Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,007 per week

Certification Details Must check UD/JD to verify certifications required. AHA or ARC Acceptable for ACLS, BLS, PALS, EFM. Certifications must be updated annually. Job Details Position is on a busy med surg/tele/floor. Must have AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification. 2 yrs exp req, travel preferred. Locals accepted at same rate Must have TN or compact license Epic experience within the last 12-months required Travelers will be required to test out of Epic during credentialing. Holiday RTO will not be approved. Job Requirements 2 years experience required Travel experience preferred Tennessee or compact license required Epic experience required within the last 12 months Additional Details Required for Qualivis. Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client. EPIC Test Out required for all candidates - all professions and specialties.
