Job Description

Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.Provides general office support.Serves as the department/group contact.Completes special projects as assignedTypical Day in the Role

Purpose of the Team:

This team is the Azure Primo team supports Azure

Key projects:This role will contribute to calendar support for two partner level managers.

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:The role will consist of 10% meetings, 90% misc tasks like the following: calendaring primarily, onboarding new hires, headcount management, travel/morale budget management, onsite team support, space management, event planning, equipment ordering, among other administrative tasks.

Candidate Requirements

Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.Degrees or certifications required: No; college degree is nice but not required.Disqualifiers: Job hopping is understandable but if they were only in several roles for 1-3 months at a time that would be a red flag , gaps that can't be explained, grammatical errors on resume or copying or pasting the same description for each role they have on their resumeBest vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain where they worked with larger companies like ***, google, etc. Also, if they have a sales or customer services background. This shows the team that they have experience dealing with different types of people.Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work, meeting deadlines, and ability to be collaborative.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience1. Minimum 5+ years experience with calendaring in outlook.2. Minimum 5+ years experience with managing headcount and team support (examples are experience with the tasks listed under "Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm" above)3. Minimum 5+ years experience familiarity with *** tools such as Excel and Outlook4. Prior MS Experience is a requirement. Ideally someone with 5+ years of MS Experience but they are open to seeing someone with 2+ years.
