Job Responsibilities

Pre Sales Engagement:

Lead pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops, to position Dynamics 365 Business Central as the solution of choice.

Solution Design:

Collaborate with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solution designs using Dynamics 365 Business Central that meet their needs.

Product Demonstrations:

Deliver compelling, customized demonstrations of Dynamics 365 Business Central, showcasing how the platform can solve specific business problems and improve processes.

RFP/RFI Responses:

Provide input and contribute to the development of proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and solution documents that articulate the benefits and features of Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Technical Expertise:

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Dynamics 365 Business Central during the sales process, providing in-depth technical knowledge and answering complex questions from prospective clients.

Collaboration with Sales:

Partner with the Sales team to strategize on opportunities, identify client pain points, and align the solution to meet business needs, ensuring the technical fit aligns with customer expectations.

Client Advisory:

Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, offering insights on best practices and how Business Central can help achieve their business objectives.

Competitive Analysis:

Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate Dynamics 365 Business Central from competitors during pre-sales engagements and highlight unique value propositions.

Transition to Delivery:

Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to the delivery phase by collaborating with implementation teams and sharing all necessary documentation and insights gathered during the sales process.

Product Updates:

Stay up to date with the latest developments and updates within Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring all demonstrations and engagements reflect the most current capabilities of the platform.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), with a focus on pre-sales, solution design, and customer engagement.

Proven track record of successful pre-sales engagements, including solution demonstrations, technical presentations, and RFP responses.

Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly in financial management, supply chain, and manufacturing.

Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams.

Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central customization, configuration, and integration.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Business Central Functional Consultant or similar) are highly desirable.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as needed (up to 30%).
