We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead our Autonomy and AI recruiting teams. You will be responsible for building, managing and scaling-up a high performing recruiting team, with a focus on attracting top-tier talent in autonomous systems, robotics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. This is a rare opportunity to lead the newest and fastest growing recruiting function at a once-in-a-decade high-growth company.
At Applied Intuition, you will:
Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract exceptional talent in AI, ML, robotics, and autonomous systemsBuild and lead a high-performing technical recruiting teamEstablish and optimize recruiting processes to effectively evaluate technical capabilities of potential candidatesPartner with engineering and research teams to understand hiring needs across autonomous systems, applied ML, and ML research rolesDevelop strategies for engaging with academic conferences, research labs, and PhD programs to identify promising research talentLeverage data and analytics to measure recruiting effectiveness and continuously improve our systemsStay current with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in AI/ML recruitmentWe're looking for someone who has:
10+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years of experience managing high performing recruiting teamsStrong client management experience, ideally spanning over multiple hiring managers including senior executivesExperience recruiting at fast growth companies and building complex early stage engineering teams at a high bar for talentExperience recruiting for autonomous vehicles or robotics companiesNice to have:
Deep understanding of the current AI/ML talent landscapeExperience managing managersCompensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.Please reference the job posting’s subtitle for where this position will be located. For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the location listed is: $197,000 - $233,000
