We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead our Product & Design recruiting team. You will be responsible for building, managing and scaling-up a high performing recruiting team, with a focus on recruiting exceptional product managers and product designers. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead the product & design recruiting team at a once-in-a-decade high growth company.
At Applied Intuition, you will:
Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract exceptional product managers and product designersBuild and lead a high-performing product & design recruiting teamEstablish and optimize recruiting processes to effectively evaluate technical capabilities of potential candidatesPartner with product managers & designers to understand hiring needs across core business verticalsLeverage data and analytics to measure recruiting effectiveness and continuously improve our systemsStay current with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in product & design recruitmentWe're looking for someone who has:
10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years of experience managing high performing recruiting teamsStrong client management experience, ideally spanning over multiple hiring managers including senior executivesExperience recruiting at fast growth companies that have a high bar for talentPrior recruiting experience in the Product Management and Product Design domainsNice to have:
Experience recruiting for the autonomous systems and robotics industryExperience managing managersCompensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.Don’t meet every single requirement?
