We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Legal team and fill an important role with a mix of both internal and external-facing responsibilities. This position will oversee contracts administration, support immigration and employment matters, and drive continuous improvement projects to streamline legal processes.This position will report to our Head of Legal and work with teams across the company to enable the efficient and effective delivery of legal and compliance services to our business partners.At Applied Intuition, you will:
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and processing contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and commercial agreements.Create contract records in our management systems, track renewals, and maintain file hygiene for our document repositoriesProvide administrative support for immigration cases, including working closely with relocation vendors and outside counsel to collect supporting documents and forms for beneficiaries’ petitions (e.g., OPT, H-1B, L-1)Support the Legal team with compliance and employment matters (e.g., workplace policies, insurance renewals, equity documentation)Organize and maintain legal files to ensure they are complete, accurate, and up to dateWe’re looking for someone who has:
Bachelors degree from an accredited universityProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign or equivalent e-signature platformStrong attention to detail and can work both independently and collaboratively with peersExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a bias toward actionAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionNice to have:
Experience in legal research, contract administration, and immigration and employment mattersCurrent enrollment in, or recent graduate from, an accredited law school (JD preferred)Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation practices is a plusCompensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.Please reference the job posting’s subtitle for where this position will be located. For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the location listed is:
$180,000 - $250,000
