Our mission is to unlock the power of equity ownership for more people in more places.The Problems You’ll Solve:Lead Annual & Quarterly Marketing Planning:

Drive the planning and prioritization process for the marketing team, aligning strategy with tactical execution, spending, and ROI goals.Facilitate Key Decision Points:

Identify critical decision moments during program execution, aligning teams and resources to ensure smooth progress and timely resolutions.Monitor & Report Performance:

Collect, analyze, and report on key metrics and deliverables, using data to evaluate performance and inform future marketing plans.Collaborate Across Teams:

Work closely with content, product marketing, performance marketing, growth, revenue, and GTM/marketing operations to ensure corporation business unit goals are met.Project Manage Marketing Campaigns and Experiments:

Build project plans and oversee campaigns, ensuring clear deliverables, deadlines, and high-quality, on-time launches.The senior marketing program manager plays a critical role in planning for the marketing team and collaborating across multiple functions to ensure efficient execution of marketing strategy. This role is a strong partner for marketers with stakeholders including business unit leads, Product/Product Marketing, MOps, Sales/Business Development and Strategy/Biz Ops.About You:A rigorous approach to mastering complexity is a must, without sacrificing empathy and flexibility for unplanned needs that can be required in a dynamic environment.6-8+ years Marketing program or project management5-8+ years omni channel marketing experienceExperience in working with Asana or equivalent platformsSaaS/Fintech experience strongly preferredA strategic and analytical thinker who can connect programs/projects to business prioritiesThe ability to bring people along in planning and act as a team unifier in meeting goals.An understanding of how subfunctions of marketing come together for impact.A level of character that builds trust and exemplifies working collaborativelyBA requiredLocation:

3 days hybrid to the San Francisco CA officeDuration:

6 – 12 months to start plus extension and contract to hire potentialCompensation:

$80-95/hour DOE
