Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - COVID19 - $2,396 per week

Certification Details ACLS, BLS certifications required. NIHSS certification required. Job Details A hospital in California is looking for an experienced Tele RN for a travel assignment. The right candidate will have 2 years of experience. Job Requirements 2 years of experience as Tele RN. Hold an active BLS, ACLS and CA license. Schedule Information Shifts are 12 hours, 6:45 to 7:15. Schedules are made about 2-3 weeks ahead initially, then they try to schedule them out 9 weeks in advance. Self-scheduling for the most part. 4 weekend shifts in a 4 week schedule. Work into perm staff rotation. Unit Specific Information Unit: IMCU (2 West) Beds in unit: 30 beds. Ratios: 1 to 3-4 patients per nurse. Floating: float to Tele - 2Central or Tele - 4West. Floor specific orientation: 1 shift on unit. Common diagnoses/Types of patients: CHF, COPD, Renal failure, pneumonia, will have drips but will not have to titrate. Additional Details COVID Vaccine Required. NIHSS required. Telemetry, L/D, Emergency, and Critical Care RN's will take a proctored Dysrhythmia Test onsite, day one. This is a PASS/FAIL test.
