This position will provide services to the Respiratory Care Department in the ChristianaCare Wilmington Hospital location only.There are opportunities to become a member of one of the most involved departments in innovative therapy and research in a respected environment where you are valued as part of the multidisciplinary team.Schedule:36 HOURS/SCHEDULE PERIOD (4 WEEKS)12 HOURS (OUT OF 36 HOURS) MUST BE WEEKEND (FRI 1830-MON 0700)12 HOURS HOLIDAY/YEAR (COUNTS TOWARDS MIN HOURS)ROTATING (DAYS & NIGHTS - NOT SHIFT SPECIFIC)COMMITTED HOURS (36 MIN.) MUST BE SCHEDULED IN 12 HOUR BLOCKS​EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or Graduate of CoArc approved School of Respiratory Therapy.Licensure in the State of Delaware required..Greater than 6 months experience preferred.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:•

Maintains Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). • Maintain Current BLS Certification •Current AARC Member preferred •Licensure in the State of Delaware required• Intubator Certification Required (Certification must be obtained within 3-6 months from date of hire.)
