ChristianaCare is currently recruiting for a
Casual Registered Respiratory Therapist ll , with a day and night rotation, to provide service to all areas of the hospital, including adult and infant critical care units, medical-surgical floors and emergency care. This position will provide services to the Respiratory Care Department in the ChristianaCare Wilmington Hospital location only.

Schedule:36 HOURS/SCHEDULE PERIOD (4 WEEKS)
12 HOURS (OUT OF 36 HOURS) MUST BE WEEKEND (FRI 1830-MON 0700)12 HOURS HOLIDAY/YEAR (COUNTS TOWARDS MIN HOURS)
ROTATING (DAYS & NIGHTS - NOT SHIFT SPECIFIC)COMMITTED HOURS (36 MIN.) MUST BE SCHEDULED IN 12 HOUR BLOCKS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or Graduate of CoArc approved School of Respiratory Therapy.Licensure in the State of Delaware required..Greater than 6 months experience preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:•
Maintains Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).• Maintain Current BLS Certification•Current AARC Member preferred•Licensure in the State of Delaware required• Intubator Certification Required
(Certification must be obtained within 3-6 months from date of hire.)
