Job Description :Reason for Openings: Replacement Product Manager- Looking for 1 Product Owner for current team- continue work on current platform while they stand up and merge new platforms- stand up new platform that will allow them to bring in new services quickly- revamp the experience in order to become more of a health and wellness destination, rather than just for covid/flu

Top Technical Skills : Strong communication and ownership skills, experience working in an Agile environment
Education/Certifications : Bachelors, or additional years of experience. Master's and/or Product Owner; Tech background to communicate with developers (team uses MongoDB and React)
Soft Skills : Flexible, Very strong communicator
Resumes - should clearly show Product Manager experience (not Project Managers)
Years of Exp : 2-4 years
Interview Process : Two rounds of interviews, one by Product colleagues and one by Directors Day-to-Day
Responsibilities :- Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project- Create requirements (User Stories)-Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product- Communicate product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product- Follow our competitors and the industry Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
