Nautilus/ Onbase Developer

Install, configure and manage Nautilus (Hyland OnBase) software solutions including App Server, Processing Server, File Server and Webserver Perform Nautilus software upgrades, doc group creation, doc type creation, unity form creation, workflow development and configuration changes Troubleshoot issues, analyze logs and identify potential bottlenecks or problems Monitor Nautilus performance to ensure optimal response times and utilization Proactively monitor and trend Nautilus platform capacity, performance and events to plan for future growth Manage Nautilus storage capacity and availability using tools like capacity planning and provisioning Set up and administer access control policies, quotas and permissions Back up and recover Nautilus file systems and application data Automate administrative tasks using scripts or tools like Ansible/Puppet Integrate Nautilus storage with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V Maintain documentation and procedures for Nautilus administration, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, etc. Work with infrastructure/application teams to map storage requirements and configure optimal storage for workloads Partner with internal product/technology teams to support integrations with other software solutions Keep up to date with Nautilus product releases, features and best practices Skills and Certifications

Certified Nautilus (Hyland OnBase) Administrator Experience with workflow development and Unity form development, including dynamic logic rules and unity scripts Development and execution of COLD, DIP, PDF Import processes and Keyword Updater Exposure to retention module and static retention configuration Knowledge around FIAPI (API web services) and SQL DB reporting is a desirable
