Note: Interviews will be held on 3/11 at 30 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43215.

This role involves providing updates on OnBase Status by attending various meetings. The candidate will learn and understand OnBase, assist the Executive Director, and independently make decisions involving the non-legal interpretation of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Learn and guide Executive Director on high-level decisions regarding the OnBase Case Management System.

Manage Executive Director's Calendar and occasionally speak on Director's behalf.

Formulate independent decisions &/or judgments involving non-legal interpretation of policies & procedures.

Maintain & update the regional office case processing database.

Enter case file information into the database.

Assist with routing cases & processing charges.

Prepare & submit cases to Central Office for the Commissioner Agenda & the Confirmation Agenda.

Perform various clerical functions (e.g., receptionist duties, answering telephones, responding to inquiries).

Operate personal computer, photocopier machine, facsimile machine, & other general office equipment.

Requirements:

Ability to learn OnBase Case Management System.

Knowledge of OnBase Software case management system or similar case management software is a plus
