Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure the best possible outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and clinical guidelines. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of healthcare protocols and best practices. Stay current with the latest medical advancements, treatments, and technologies in family medicine. Required Qualifications: Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner Program.
