Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

near Gallup, New Mexico!
Primary Responsibilities for Family Nurse Practitioner:Provide comprehensive primary care services, including the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of both acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages.Clinic-based position, delivering patient-centered care within a collaborative, team-focused environment.Develop and oversee individualized care plans based on clinical evaluations and patient medical histories.Educate patients and their families on preventive health measures, disease management, and long-term wellness strategies.Maintain accurate and compliant patient medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations.Ensure adherence to state and federal healthcare guidelines.Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP):
Completion of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in New Mexico.National FNP certification from ANCC or AANP.A valid DEA license in good standing.1+ year of experience as an FNP preferred.Benefits for Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP):
