Key Responsibilities for Family Nurse Practitioner:Provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic health conditions for patients of all ages.Engage in a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position.Work in a clinic setting, delivering patient-centered care within a team-based environment.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and patient history.Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention, and disease management.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and maintain up-to-date medical records.Adhere to state and federal healthcare regulations and protocols.Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner:
Completion of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in New Mexico.Current National Board Certification as an FNP through ANCC or AANP.Maintain and hold current DEA registration.1+ years of FNP experience preferred.Benefits for Family Nurse Practitioner:
