Key Responsibilities for Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP):Deliver comprehensive primary care services, diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages.This clinic-based role emphasizes patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and medical histories.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.Accurately maintain patient records, ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.Adhere to all state and federal healthcare laws and practice standards.Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP):
Completion of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in New Mexico.National NP certification from ANCC or AANP is mandatory.Current DEA certification is required.Ideally, 1+ year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, though new graduates are welcome to apply.Benefits:
