Key Responsibilities for APRN Nurse Practitioner:Provide full-spectrum primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients of all ages.Clinic-based role focused on patient-centered, collaborative care.Develop and personalize treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient histories.Educate patients and their families on preventive care, wellness, and management of chronic conditions.Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care coordination.Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records, adhering to healthcare regulations and documentation standards.Comply with state and federal healthcare protocols and standards.Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:
Must have graduated from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in New Mexico required.Current FNP certification from ANCC or AANP.Valid DEA registration required.1+ year of FNP experience preferred.Benefits:
