Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to ensure that all plant equipment, machinery, and facilities are functioning optimally, safely, and efficiently. This role will focus on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring minimal downtime while working closely with production and engineering teams.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

-Excellent communication and organizational skills.

-Ability to work Hands-On in a manufacturing shop-floor environment.

• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team of maintenance professionals.
• Understanding of the manufacturing process
• Ensure that all requirements of SQF System are being administered and adhered to.
