About the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist Position:
- The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for Full Cycle Accounts Payable
- Processing weekly check runs
- Generate reports and other accounting functions as needed to ensure accurate, timely payments
- The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for 3-way matching
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Responsible for ensuring that all invoices get applicable discounts
Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Experience with full cycle accounts payable
- Manufacturing or distribution experience a huge plus!
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel Skills
Salary: $65k-75k
