Our client, a renowned organization that has been around for over 50 years, is looking to add a Senior level Accounts Payable Specialist to their team. The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will need to have great communication skills with the ability to speak with all levels of the organization. This role is onsite in the Brentwood area.
Salary range is $65,000 to $85,000

What You'll Be Doing as Senior Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Working with invoices, check runs, 1099's, W9's
- Adjustments to AP and AR and general ledger
- Reconciling bank statements and assisting in preparing budgets
- Vendor management
Requirements of the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience working in accounts payable
- Construction industry experience
- Great communication
