Salary: $225,000 - $320,000 per year

Our client has an immediate need for a trusts and estates and tax associate to join their Manhattan offices. This career opportunity is with a growing national Am Law 200 firm that specializes in corporate law and commercial litigation. Practice disciplines include corporate transactions, tax, trusts & estates, intellectual property, employment law, real estate, litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations among others.

Interested candidates must have 3+ years of substantive tax and trusts and estates experience, preferably in an Am Law or comparable big law setting. An LL.M in Taxation or Estate Planning is strongly preferred. You will join a dynamic and reputable team of experienced tax attorneys who represent a diverse mix of clients in tax planning, trusts & estates administration, tax litigation, international tax, succession planning, guardianship and fiduciary counseling, tax controversies, and corporate tax matters.

Minimum 3 years of tax and trusts and estates experience in a law firm setting required for consideration.
