Salary: $260,000 - $320,000 per year

We are actively recruiting for an experienced trusts & estates litigation attorney to join our client's Manhattan offices. This career opportunity is with a growing national Am Law 200 firm in their cornerstone practice group. Practice disciplines include corporate transactions, tax, trusts & estates, intellectual property, employment law, real estate, litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations among others.

Interested candidates must have 5+ years of substantive estate litigation experience, preferably in an Am Law or comparable big law setting. You will join a dynamic and reputable team of experienced T&E litigators who represent a diverse mix of businesses and individuals in complex trust and estate litigation proceedings including validity of a decedent's will, interpretation of will and trust provisions, reformation and termination of trusts, removal of executors breach of fiduciary duty, and spousal elective shares among others.

Minimum 5 years of estate litigation experience required for consideration. Interested candidates must have strong academic credentials from a top law school and excellent oral and written communication skills. Admission to New York state bar required.
