• Responsible for providing finance business partner support for multiple corporate functions
• Be heavily engaged with Accounting month-end activities such as accrual submissions, analysis of actuals vs budget/forecast
• Partner with global teammates to create financial presentations,
• Responsible for actual vs budget/forecast variance analysis, expense trends, headcount analysis, and variance explanations for senior leadership
• Oversee an Analyst for all Accounting & FP&A tasks and help develop future management skills
• Bring forth proposals and creative solutions to best meet the growth needs particularly in the annual budget cycle.
• Any ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA is a plus

Able to work with large data sets

Experience in Oracle or Hyperion is a plus

Advanced user in Excel
