Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

Our client, a leading manufacturer of industrial maintenance solutions, is seeking a Director of Operations to manage Manufacturing, Shipping, and Procurement. We need a dynamic, results-oriented individual to cultivate a positive work culture and support team members in achieving long-term professional growth through servant leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS, manufacturing experience required.
• Ideally, the client wants someone with 7+ years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in process-oriented operations and/or a related industry. The client will also entertain individuals with 2-3 years.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a significant segment of a large manufacturer or the entire operation of a smaller manufacturer.
• Experience working with manufacturing-based technology, processes, and principles.
• Knowledge of Epicor ERP would be nice but not required (Migrating Epicor to Kinetic and Salesforce).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task
• 6 Sigma or Lean certification preferred
• Familiarity with manufacturing in an ISO 9001 environment.
