Salary: $225,000 - $300,000 per year

Our client has an immediate need for an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join their Boca Raton offices. This career opportunity is with a growing national Am Law 200 firm that specializes in corporate law and commercial litigation. Practice disciplines include corporate transactions, tax, trusts & estates, intellectual property, employment law, real estate, litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations among others.

Interested candidates must have 3 years minimum of substantive commercial real estate transactional experience, preferably from an Am Law or comparable big law setting. You will join a dynamic and reputable team of experienced attorneys who represent a diverse mix of property owners, landlords, tenants, developers, lenders, and general contractors in complex commercial real estate transactions.

Minimum 3 years of experience in an intellectual property litigation practice required for consideration.
