About the Company: Our client, a national full-service law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their team in Los Angeles .
About the Role: Full-time, Direct Hire
Ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling commercial real estate transactions in a law firm setting.
Candidate should possess excellent writing, analytical, and legal research skills.
Annual Salary Range: $230,000 - $260,000

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions.
- Highly skilled and experienced with commercial leasing and acquisitions/dispositions.
- Member of the California Bar.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
- Excellent Communication & Writing Skills.
- High Attention to Detail.
- Strong Organizational Skills.
