Are you a seasoned assembler with a knack for precision and a keen eye for detail? If so, we are looking for you! We are a leading entity in the Manufacturing industry, seeking experienced Assemblers to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in assembly, specifically with electrical panel components, and a proven track record of maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

  1. Assembling various electrical panel components in accordance with work orders and blueprints.
  2. Conducting regular inspections of assembled products to ensure quality and consistency.
  3. Ensuring the correct installation of components and electronic parts.
  4. Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  5. Identifying potential issues and troubleshooting assembly problems.
  6. Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines.
  7. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting ways to enhance assembly processes.
  8. Maintaining accurate records of all assembly activities.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly, preferably within a panel assembly shop.
  2. Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and work orders.
  3. Extensive knowledge of electrical and electronic components.
  4. Demonstrated ability to inspect assembled products for both functionality and quality.
  5. Proven expertise in installing components and electronic parts.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
  7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  8. A strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  9. A high school diploma or equivalent. A relevant certification or degree is a plus.
