Responsibilities:
- Assembling various electrical panel components in accordance with work orders and blueprints.
- Conducting regular inspections of assembled products to ensure quality and consistency.
- Ensuring the correct installation of components and electronic parts.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Identifying potential issues and troubleshooting assembly problems.
- Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting ways to enhance assembly processes.
- Maintaining accurate records of all assembly activities.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly, preferably within a panel assembly shop.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and work orders.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical and electronic components.
- Demonstrated ability to inspect assembled products for both functionality and quality.
- Proven expertise in installing components and electronic parts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- A high school diploma or equivalent. A relevant certification or degree is a plus.
