The Multi-Platform Coordinator will be responsible for the look and feel of our brands across multiple platforms, overseeing the editorial aspects, including structure, style, and formatting to create an optimal user experience.Job Duties:Work hand in hand with Non-Linear Content Specialist for U+ strategy, playlists, EPGs, and virtual channelsMaintain the creation and sunsetting of all playlists and screens for the Universal+ suite of apps (including but not limited to Web, iOS, Android, Samsung, LG, Roku, AndroidTV)Ideate and implement strategies for playlists and pages, curating experiences which add value to end-user browsing and leverage existing roster of content to encourage “bingeability”Create, edit, and update Banner images for multiple device specifications across Universal+ ApplicationsCoordinate with media ops, programming, and marketing teams in order to ensure content premieres in app according to rollout without any interruptionsPartner with data insights teams to build understanding of consumption and use data whenever possible to make screen/ playlist recommendations and changes, identify trends and top performers for each channel brandPartner with marketing and design teams to ensure readiness of all assets, while following brand guidelinesLiaise with VP of Content and the product & design teams regarding UX, look and functionality of website, mobile web and appDevelop a deep understanding of CMS capabilities and limitations, partnering with Digital Product team to report bugs and make strategic platform recommendationsPerform QA/ QC of screens and playlists in order to flag inconsistencies and bugs, advocating for metadata and imagery optimizations wherever possibleDevelop CMS best practices for Universal+ and create plan to optimize playlists and screensCollaborate with the programming, marketing, media ops, and technology teams to ensure optimal and frictionless user experienceConduct competitive research and become the industry best practice expert; track marketplace trends and educate the team on the latest, best and most innovative editorial experiencesThe responsibilities associated with this position are not limited to the above description and may be modified at any time by the Company.Qualifications

Basic Requirements:2+ years’ experience Media, Entertainment or Advertising industriesExcellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint userPossess high attention to detailEditorial experience (structural/content editing, stylistic editing, formatting)Bachelor’s degree in media communications or relevant fieldLanguages: Fluent in Spanish and EnglishDesired Characteristics:Demonstrable passion and knowledge for content (Film/ TV)Experience working in content management systemsExperience working with Latin America in order to understand the different practices, rules, regulations, and marketsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work with tight deadlines & prioritize effectivelyExcellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlinesHighly motivated team player with a good sense of initiativeAdditional Requirements:This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV through
