Job Summary

Schedules and routes equipment installation jobs to internal and external installers. Maintains positive installer relations while maximizing installer productivity through the effective use of resources based on installation requirements, geographic areas, and installer availability. Supports the quality assurance process through customer follow-up, problem resolution, and utilization of internal resources to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions

Schedules and routes equipment installation jobs daily utilizing installer availability, expertise, and geographical location.Develops and communicates contingencies when demand exceeds capacity.Enters orders into CRM daily with updated installer information.Processes down payments in SAP and forwards to Remittance daily.Prints and distributes customer thank you letters with permit numbers at appropriate intervals.Ensures proper communication between the customer, installer, sales representative, and city inspector to ensure customer expectations are met.Uses independent judgment to identify problems at their source and aids in the negotiation of settlements while making decisions that affect cost, margin, customer satisfaction and business growth objectives.Develops tracking and monitoring systems for efficiency and timely customer interaction.Provides flexibility in job duties and willingness to complete other tasks as needed to back up other positions.

Education Description

Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent knowledge of English, basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and the calculation of fractions and/or percentages), grammar and punctuation.

Experience

Requires two years of order processing or dispatch experience in service or sales environment.
