Florida . Due to the high travel requirements ranging from 40-70%, living near a major airport is essential.The successful candidate will:Obtain leads, develop prospect lists and identify potential clients.Identify, qualify, and develop horizontal sales opportunities.Maintain current and accurate databases related to sales/marketing.Develop and present sales presentations, proposals or other sales documents based on data that determines client challenges, needs, business issues and Sodexo solutions.Close sales.Coordinate, produce and execute contract documents and develop alternate contract models to better meet client needs and business objectives.Develop and implement strategies that result in the achievement of sales, market share, account retention, or market growth targets.Enhance, develop and sustain continued business development for the Company.Support and implement business practices in order to grow the business and reduce operating costs based on knowledge of organizational strengths and weaknesses, technological advances, external trends, competitors and customer needs.The successful candidate will have:Extensive healthcare business experience and financial acumen; ability to understand and speak intelligently about fundamental business processes within a range of services.Demonstrated success in selling.Offers solutions and loves adding value.Enjoys meeting new people and building long-term relationships.Strong digital acumen: leverages and embraces sales technology including SalesForce, Chorus, Clari, Amplify, and Outreach.Highly effective organizational and project management skills and experience leading team selling.Willing to be coached and mentored.Excellent communication skills.Sodexo offers a full array of benefits including paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401K and access to ongoing training and development programs, tuition reimbursement, plus health and wellness programs.Qualifications & RequirementsBasic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.Basic Functional Experience - 7 years.Sodexo is an EEO/AA/Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran employer.
