Firearms Sales Associate - Tracy, CA

We are a full-service firearms retailer and indoor shooting range located in Tracy, CA, offering a great firearms selection, top-notch firearms training, an indoor shooting facility with firearm rentals, and a focus on excellent customer service. We have created a positive work environment with our Sales Associates and maintain a good rapport with our customer base. We are looking for someone to uphold our great customer service as a Sales Associate.

Employee is responsible for greeting customers as they walk in, determining their wants/needs, making appropriate recommendations, walking them through the purchase process, and completing all necessary paperwork while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude. Additional tasks will be assigned based on skill set to complete during downtime.

Requirements:

Basic computer skillsAble to work weekendsGreat customer service/sales skillsAbility to stay on task unsupervisedGood attention to detailBasic knowledge of firearmsClean background (not prohibited from owning or possessing firearms)At least 21 years of age or olderUnderstanding of CA firearm laws is a plus but not required
