Senior Program Manager

to join our team, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to drive excellence in service delivery. In this role, you will collaborate with the SCU Director to implement policies, manage staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.This role will supervise and guide our Program Managers to ensure all staff are compliant with regulations and agency program standards, as well as support coaching of staff, competency development, and maximizing efficiency of teams.About Familylinks:For over six decades, Familylinks has served the diverse communities of Western Pennsylvania. Familylinks offers family-centered services in Behavioral Health, Service Coordination, Youth and Family, and Aging Services.What perks does Familylinks offer?Opportunity for low to no cost medical insuranceFree Dental/Vision InsuranceGenerous PTOPaid Holidays, Clearances, and TrainingEmployee Recognition ProgramEmployee Referral ProgramTuition Reimbursement and Eligibility for Student Loan ForgivenessOptional 403(b) Retirement Plan w/ Employer MatchCareer Advancement OpportunitiesSenior Program Manager Responsibilities:Provide supervision to program managers in the delivery of services.Ensure program staff complete required training in accordance with regulation, agency and program standards including securing appropriate resources to ensure training and growth of staff occurs.Approve all staff expenses, timecards and time off requests within a timely fashion (24-hour turnaround).Responsible for personnel management, performance reviews, competency development, and coaching of staff.Direct the internal delivery of services to maximize efficiency and the highest standard of practice while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.Participate in the development of the annual program operating budget and operate programs in accordance with established budget parameters in all areas.In collaboration with the SCU Director, develop and implement plans to expand program services and locations.Improve program services through quality improvement strategies, and development of program goals; monitor to ensure established goals are achieved.Participate in agency after hours and manager of the day on call rotation.Assist in emergency situations with clients/staff.Attend all meetings, training and supervision as assigned.Senior Program Manager Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Social Work/Social Sciences with 3 or more years' supervisory experience with 2 or more years of experience within the programs service area;

OR

a Master’s Degree in Social Work/Social Sciences and 2 years supervisory experience with 2 or more years of experience in the service area.Additional desired qualifications include but are not limited to: case management experience, working knowledge of the provision of health care in various settings, and knowledge of community resources and care delivery systems.This position has no permanent caseload. May on occasion assist with caseload coverage.A valid driver’s license and access to an automobile for agency business are required.Proficiency with MS Office, computer/laptop, tablet and cell phone required.Familylinks takes pride in its status as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
