Available throughout the school year.Believe deeply in the Friendship mission, core values, and four value drivers: (1) Excellent Teaching and Learning (2) Outstanding Leadership (3) Environment Conducive to Learning (4) Organizational Strength and Viability.Hold high academic and behavioral expectations for all students.Lead students to high levels of academic success in an urban school environment.Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement effective curriculum units and lesson plans.Design and deliver engaging instruction that addresses the needs of a full range of different student learning styles.Reflect on teaching practices and make adjustments to maximize learning time.Adhere to school management and discipline policies within the classroom and throughout the school campus.Qualifications
