THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules for team members and executives.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain and organize files and documents, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-equipped workspace.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
