The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day office activities, including scheduling meetings, maintaining filing systems, preparing reports, and assisting with project coordination. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support other team members with clerical tasks, including data entry, project management, and research.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
$850 - $1150week
