A top-tier Commercial General Contractor in Houston, specializing in a variety of sectors, including Commercial Offices, Healthcare, Religious, Education, and Municipal. Our projects include both ground-up construction and renovations, where attention to detail and exceptional client service are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting the highest quality standards
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and ensure smooth execution
• Manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements
• Oversee site teams and coordinate with superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the job site
• Maintain strong communication and reporting with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management for commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to manage ground-up and renovation projects across various sectors, including Commercial Offices, Healthcare, Religious, Education, and Municipal
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
