Field Service Bonus + Performance-Based Bonus Location:
Fort Lauderdale, FL | Mandeville, LA | Kent, WA ( Relocation assistance available for ideal candidates ) What You’ll Do
Lead the
design, testing, and integration
of
engine and turbine control systems
for marine and land-based applications. Serve as a
subject matter expert , mentoring junior engineers and supporting field service teams. Manage projects from
concept to commissioning , ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage. Troubleshoot and optimize
engine, generator, vessel, and switchgear control systems. Develop
detailed work scopes
and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Travel up to
25%
for onsite commissioning, troubleshooting, and client support. What You Bring
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree
in an engineering discipline with
3+ years
of relevant experience, OR 5+ years
of hands-on experience in
power generation, marine propulsion, or industrial automation . Valid US Driver’s License & Passport , with the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Benefits
