Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the accounting functions including month-end close process, general ledger, AP, AR, and payroll
• Prepare, review, and record journal entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and variance analysis
• Responsible for the timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
• Conduct complex balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with all internal processes and controls as well as compliance with external laws and regulatory guidance
• Assist with annual budget preparation and financial planning processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area of study
• CPA or MBA is highly preferred.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience, preferably in the medical industry
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software
