Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

The Senior Accountant will collaborate with accounting management for financial reporting, balance sheet and forecasting. Assist the accounts payable and receivable departments with payments, deposits, account reconciliations and general ledger. Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and prepare yearly audit schedules. Perform month-end closing tasks such as preparing journal entries & participate in special projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Month End Close activities such as reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, etc.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Work with external auditors and assist with audit
• Develop and maintain the consolidated financial statement
• Prepare tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
• Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies
• Assist in the preparation of budgets or forecasts
• Help with any ad-hoc projects (M&A)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years’ experience in general or tax accounting
• Experience with ERP systems. Dynamics 365 is a plus
