Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate monthly, quarterly, and yearend close processes by preparing the necessary entries

and maintaining the close checklist.

• Prepare intercompany entries for affiliated partnerships
• Record cash transactions and prepare bank reconciliations for all corporate bank accounts
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed assets ledger
• Prepare assigned balance sheet account reconciliations
• Assist with external audit and tax requests
• Assist with other accounting functions and ad-hoc projects as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Works independently using initiative and self-motivation
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excels in quickly conceptualizing and assimilating data to help make decisions and take

appropriate action

• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficient in communicating to a wide range of audiences in both written and oral form

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Oil and gas industry experience (preferred)
• Wolfepak experience (preferred)
