Job Purpose: To gain real world experience in the successful manufacturing of food products
Responsibilities:
Gain exposure to the job responsibilities of a full-time Team LeaderReview production processes against the current Process Specification SummaryAssist Team Leaders with information gathering to optimize performanceDocument job descriptions for key positions, identifying major accountabilitiesAssist with the supervision of a staff of approximately 15-30 employeesThe position is very hands-on - supervisors are usually in the production area “on-their-feet” about 80% of the shift
Requirements:
Must graduate in August 2025, December 2025, or May 2026 and major in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Management, Industrial Management, or related field with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferredDemonstrated leadership, persuasive, initiative, analytical, and communication skills are necessary for success in this positionPossess a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spiritMust be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United StatesApplicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visaThis position will require access to and/or the utilization of a personal motor vehicle to get to and from the workplace.

Location possibilities include Atlanta, GA, Austin, MN, Beloit, WI, Dubuque, IA, Osceola, IA, Rochelle, IL, Papillion, NE, or Willmar, MNLocation is based on business needs at the time an offer is madePosition is approximately 40 hours per week beginning late May and ending mid-August
Compensation/Benefits:
Competitive wage
The base pay range is $20 to $22 per hour; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location
